Here are some frequently asked questions that may help you when booking your soft play equipment through us. If we have missed anything please get in contact with us so we can help you out.

bOOKING

Simply choose your products and checkout. The payment must be made in full to secure a booking. We also offer afterpay. Please fill out the event information (found on the check out page) form before checking out.

Alternatively you can contact us to request a quote for your event date.

We do not require a deposit for bookings made directly through our website, as they are secured with full payment at checkout. However, if you’re inquiring via email or social media, please note that full payment is required to secure your booking date.

Yes. We only accept bookings from people who are 18 and over.

Please refer to clause 5 in our Terms and Conditions.

We accept multiple payment options including as Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal and Afterpay.

HIRE

No shoes. That is including high heels especially on the mats. Shoes damage the equipment.

Children between the ages 0 – 5 years can only use the soft play equipment.

Children must be supervised at ALL times by a responsible adult/guardian.

Strictly NO face paint, glitter, confetti.

No food, drinks, chewing gum, or liquids of any kind.

No bottles or glasses.

No smoking, flammable items near the equipment. This includes birthday candles. Please make sure you are at a safe distance from the equipment when lighting the candles.

Any sharp accessories, such as high heels and jewellery must be removed before entering the play area.

Adequate shade must be available for any outdoor use.
Soft Play equipment can become extremely hot.

No animals or pets to be near or on the equipment at any time.

Once staff set-up for use, the entire set-up must not be removed, adjusted or relocated.

Love and  Soiree will display a sign with some rules. Please keep sign visible.

Our equipment is for children aged 6m + 6 years. 

Children must be supervised by an adult or guardian at all times.

If equipment is damaged or stained you may be liable for payment to replace, repair or clean.

Yes we currently have 3 packages available. Please see under packages.

ON THE DAY

Yes. Our products are perfect for indoor events!

Delivery is based on location. You can put your postcode in at checkout and price will be calculated. 

We come and set up at least 60 minutes before your event start time. We return to pack up 4 hours after unless you have requested extended play time. 

Standard booking time included in price is 4 hours.

You can request longer or overnight use in our enquiry form for an additional fee.


Unfortunately, we will not set up in the rain. We ask that you have a wet weather plan. We may be able to move your booking to another available date.  The renter is able to cancel a booking if a cancellation is received in writing, or confirmed in writing by the owner, within the time periods listed below.
 

 

  1. 100% Refund: 4 weeks or more before the event date 
  1. 65% Refund:  3-4 weeks before the event date 
  1. 50% Refund: 1-3 weeks before the event date 
  1. 0% Refund: less than 7 days before the event date.

     

We currently do not offer pick up.
